Refund & Returns Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can lodge a courier insurance claim.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged due to manufacturing or transit, we will:

  • Provide a replacement, or
  • Offer a repair where appropriate, or
  • Provide a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be returned with original packaging where possible

We will provide a return shipping label for approved faulty or damaged goods.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • A 30% restocking fee will apply
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note:

  • Only pre-made products are eligible for change-of-mind returns
  • Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellation

All order cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing costs.

If the order has already been dispatched, the Change of Mind section applies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items
  • 3–10 business days for made-to-order items
  • Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Damage

All items are carefully packaged before dispatch.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Keep all packaging materials

Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect courier insurance claims.

Delivery Responsibility

Once items are shipped, delivery timeframes are controlled by the courier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Lost items due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Delivery issues caused by unattended addresses

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

Sus-Spec Aero products are covered by a 3-month manufacturing defect warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material faults
  • Structural failure under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Scratches, chips, or cosmetic damage after installation
  • Damage caused by road hazards, impacts, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or modification

Warranty claims require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Description of the issue

We will assess the claim and determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Fitment Disclaimer

All products are designed to suit specific vehicle makes and models as listed in the product description.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming vehicle compatibility before purchase
  • Ensuring their vehicle has the correct bumper or body configuration
  • Understanding that aftermarket parts or previous modifications may affect fitment

We are not responsible for fitment issues caused by:

  • Modified vehicles
  • Aftermarket bumpers or body kits
  • Accident damage
  • Poor installation

Professional installation is recommended.

Installation Disclaimer

Sus-Spec Aero products are intended for installation by experienced individuals or professional installers.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge:

  • Installation is performed at your own risk
  • Professional installation is strongly recommended
  • We are not responsible for damage caused during installation
  • We are not responsible for damage to vehicles resulting from improper installation

All mounting hardware supplied is intended as a guide only. Additional reinforcement may be required depending on application.

Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are designed primarily for styling and aerodynamic enhancement.

Sus-Spec Aero is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by road debris
  • Scraping from lowered vehicles
  • Damage from track use or motorsport use
  • Misuse or abnormal driving conditions

Customers accept that aerodynamic products such as splitters and diffusers may be exposed to road hazards and require maintenance.
