Product Use Notice

Sus-Spec Aero products are designed primarily for styling and aerodynamic enhancement. Some products may be intended for off-road or track use only depending on local vehicle regulations.

Sus-Spec Aero accepts no responsibility for any legal, roadworthiness, or compliance issues that may arise from the installation or use of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all products comply with local laws and vehicle regulations before use on public roads.

We are not liable for any damage to vehicles or third parties caused by improper installation, misuse, or unintended use of our products.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Warranty Coverage

Sus-Spec Aero provides a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material faults
• Structural defects caused by poor craftsmanship

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault

We will review each warranty claim and determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect or improper installation
• Motor vehicle accidents or collisions
• Scraping from lowered vehicles
• Exposure to extreme conditions (including track debris, impacts, or environmental damage)
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, neglect, or modification of the product

Damage caused by road hazards, track use, or motorsport activities is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claim Assessment

All warranty claims must be reviewed by Sus-Spec Aero before approval.

Customers may be required to:

• Provide photos or videos of the issue
• Return the item for inspection where necessary

If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for return, repair, replacement, or refund where required.

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
